Products Liability CLE
Two MGS attorneys, John C. Millberg and Seth C. Turner, participated in a continuing legal education lecture on defending products liability cases for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys in March, 2007. MGS teamed up with Kirk Warner and Chris Kieger of Smith Anderson to discuss the interaction between products liability and workers' compensation cases. The CLE was held live in Raleigh with a simultaneous webcast.
