Millberg Gordon Stewart's offices are located in historic Pilot Mill, which was originally constructed in 1894 for use as a textile mill and most recently renovated in 1999. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, Pilot Mill is now used primarily for office space, including a number of law firms.
Pilot Mill is located on the edge of downtown Raleigh near
Peace College, the historic
Mordecai neighborhood, and
Seaboard Station. Pilot Mill has won many awards for its design, including the Anthemion Award, Lowe Award, Beautification Award, and Best Redevelopment Building of 2002.
