REBECCA K. SKAHEN
ASSOCIATE
Rebecca joined MGS in August of 2021. She graduated magna cum laude from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During law school, Rebecca competed in the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition, was a member of Campbell Law Review, and served as a legal intern to Judge McGee at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and to Magistrate Judge Cayer at the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
Rebecca published a comment in Campbell Law Review in 2020 on the issue of evictions in North Carolina.
Prior to attending law school, Rebecca worked in the field of public relations in Washington, D.C. She graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs and a B.A. in Communications.
Rebeca lives in Raleigh and enjoys exploring Downtown with her fiancé and rescue puppy, Emi.
